As an In charge of various departments including OT, NICU, PICU, and Gynecology, you will have the responsibility of overseeing operational activities within the nursing units. Your role will involve managing nursing operations in different areas such as NICU, OT, LDR, Wards, and OPD to ensure compliance with established healthcare standards and protocols. You will be required to provide supervision, guidance, and evaluation to nursing staff, fostering a high level of care delivery while also ensuring proper staff coverage, rotation, and training. Monitoring patient care processes will be a significant part of your job, where you will be expected to ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and best practices in mother and child health. Collaboration and coordination with doctors, allied healthcare professionals, and administrative teams will be essential to optimize patient flow and resource utilization within the hospital setting. In addition to operational oversight and staff management, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to maintain high standards of care delivery. Compliance with hospital and regulatory policies will be crucial in your role as an In charge, requiring a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance. Efficient resource management will also fall under your purview, encompassing tasks such as maintaining inventory, ensuring equipment availability, and overseeing unit supplies to facilitate uninterrupted care delivery. Your ability to balance these responsibilities will be instrumental in the smooth functioning of the nursing units under your supervision. To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a GNM or BSc degree and have at least 4 years of experience in nursing. Proficiency in Telugu is preferred, and the job entails full-time, permanent employment for fresher candidates.
