OT Nurse

As an In charge of various departments including OT, NICU, PICU, and Gynecology, you will have the responsibility of overseeing operational activities within the nursing units. Your role will involve managing nursing operations in different areas such as NICU, OT, LDR, Wards, and OPD to ensure compliance with established healthcare standards and protocols. You will be required to provide supervision, guidance, and evaluation to nursing staff, fostering a high level of care delivery while also ensuring proper staff coverage, rotation, and training. Monitoring patient care processes will be a significant part of your job, where you will be expected to ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and best practices in mother and child health. Collaboration and coordination with doctors, allied healthcare professionals, and administrative teams will be essential to optimize patient flow and resource utilization within the hospital setting. In addition to operational oversight and staff management, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to maintain high standards of care delivery. To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a GNM or BSc degree and have at least 4 years of experience in nursing.
