Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve ORM responses across platforms (Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, review portals & forums)
  • Ensure tone, grammar, accuracy, and brand guidelines are followed
  • Verify factual information and escalation protocols
  • Identify quality gaps and provide constructive feedback to ORM team
  • Maintain quality scorecards & assist in training junior team members
  • Monitor sentiment, brand tone, and consistency across communication
  • Work closely with ORM executives and client teams to update response frameworks


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience

    in ORM, QA in digital content, copy editing, content moderation, or customer communication
  • Excellent written English (grammar, clarity, tone and structure)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical approach
  • Familiarity with social media platforms & online review ecosystems
  • Ability to manage deadlines and high-volume response environments
