You will be joining IICCM International Institute of Culinary Arts & Career Management, a division of Kadlag Patil Education Foundation, which is affiliated with City & Guilds, London, a UGC Recognized University, and an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Institute. The institute holds accreditations from QMS, IAF, and KVQA India. In this full-time on-site role based in Pune, you will serve as an Oriental Cuisine Chef. Your primary responsibilities will include the preparation and cooking of a diverse range of Asian dishes, overseeing kitchen operations, developing new menu items, and ensuring that food quality and presentation standards are consistently maintained. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in Oriental Cuisine cooking and be well-versed in various preparation techniques. A strong understanding of traditional Asian ingredients and flavors is essential, along with the ability to craft and introduce innovative dishes. Your keen eye for detail and expertise in food presentation, coupled with exceptional organizational and time management skills, will be crucial for success in this position.
