Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated M.Sc. Organic Chemistry fresher to join our laboratory/R&D team. The candidate will assist in organic synthesis, laboratory testing, documentation, and quality processes while working under senior chemists and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organic synthesis, reactions, and laboratory experiments
• Prepare chemicals, reagents, solvents, and samples as per SOPs
• Support R&D, Quality Control (QC), or Production lab activities
• Perform basic analytical tests and record observations accurately
• Maintain proper lab documentation, batch records, and reports
• Handle and operate basic laboratory instruments
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and chemical handling protocols
• Support audits and internal quality checks

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Mandatory: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
• Freshers only (0–1 year experience acceptable)
• Strong academic knowledge of organic chemistry concepts
• Internship or project work in labs is an added advantage

Required Skills

• Good understanding of organic reactions and mechanisms
• Basic lab techniques and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a team and lab environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
