Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end organic certification processes (NPOP, NOP, EU standards)
• Coordinate with certification bodies for audits, inspections & renewals
• Maintain compliance documentation and internal SOPs
• Monitor supply chain traceability and organic integrity
• Liaise with farmers, processors & internal teams for certification requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance systems

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of organic standards & regulatory frameworks
• Excellent documentation & communication skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Experience: 2–7 years (Preferred in Organic Certification & Compliance)
