Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including billing, cash application, dispute management, and collection management.
Oversee invoice billing and cash collection activities to ensure timely payment from customers.
Analyze financial data using managerial finance principles to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize O2C operations for maximum efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

9-14 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) process with expertise in Invoice Billing, Dispute Management, Cash Application, Collection Management.
Strong understanding of O2C Cash Application, O2C Billing, Dispute Management, Invoice Billing concepts.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
