As a Process Optimization Specialist at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in initiating process optimization and standardization activities. Your responsibilities will include keeping the process documentation up to date and proactively monitoring team and process KPIs. You will handle complex client-specific queries, issues, or escalations within the client context, ensuring correct and timely cash application. Additionally, you will propose improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the delivery service.
