Job Description

As a Process Optimization Specialist at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in initiating process optimization and standardization activities. Your responsibilities will include keeping process documentation up to date, proactively monitoring and improving team and process KPIs, and handling complex client-specific queries, issues, or escalations within the client context. You will be expected to ensure correct and timely cash application, propose improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the delivery, and understand the cost drivers of the services to support their effective usage. Additionally, you will escalate any potential and significant cash forecast deviations to the client. Primary skills required for this role include ensuring correct and timely cash application, as well as ensuring clearing and reconciliation is performed accurately and timely. Secondary skills such as good communication and analytical skills, and flexibility to work in night shifts are also essential.
