Job Title: Order Processing Executive

Location: Panchkula
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Gender Preference: Male
Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates welcome
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
Skills: Basic computer knowledge and handling

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly
• Maintain records of orders and inventory in system/software
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch and delivery updates
• Respond to basic inquiries related to order status and documentation
• Ensure data entry quality and support operational paperwork
• Assist in preparing daily reports on order flow and pending deliveries

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Comfortable working with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage routine order-related tasks independently
