Order Processing Executive - Exports

Job Title: Order Processing Executive

Location: Guindy Industrial Estate, Chennai

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Proforma Invoices once sales are confirmed.
• Create and manage Sales Orders, Bills, and Invoices in Zoho Books.
• Prepare Packing Lists and Export Documentation as per order requirements.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely container loading and dispatch.
• Communicate with international customers through email regarding order updates and requirements.
• Maintain and update Order Tracker to monitor order status.
• Track and follow up on the status of shipments and ensure smooth execution of export orders.

Skills & Requirements:

• Zoho Books knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) are a must.
• Basic mathematics skills for order and invoice calculations.
• Freshers with good communication and eagerness to learn about exports are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and overseas clients.
