Order Processing executive

• Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in order processing and a strong understanding of purchase processes. Knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end order processing activities.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP (preferably SAP B1).
• Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding order status.
• Assist in vendor negotiations and ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Support inventory planning and stock management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing / purchase department.
• Knowledge of SAP B1 or any ERP system is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of purchase and supply chain processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
Salary range , ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month ,depending on the experience.
