Order Management / SCM Functional Specialist

You should have 8 to 15 years of overall experience with at least 6 years of Consulting/Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle ERP applications. It is essential to have expertise in at least two Fusion OM and SCM modules, including Fusion Order Management, Inventory Management Procurement, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and other SCM Cloud Modules. You should have a minimum of 2 End to End Implementation experiences in Oracle ERP. Excellent Communication and Client Handling skills are required for this role. You should be willing to travel onsite for Short/Long term assignments. A graduate degree is a must, and having domain/industry experience would be considered an added advantage. As an IC3 Career Level professional, your responsibilities will include understanding solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. You will operate independently to deliver quality work products to engagements, perform varied and complex duties requiring independent judgment, and implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. You will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices, demonstrating expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. Additionally, you may act as the team lead/module architect on projects, consult effectively with customer organization management, participate in business development activities, and develop detailed solutions for complex projects. You should have 8-15 years of relevant experience, including 6 years of consulting experience preferred. An Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is required. Product or technical expertise relevant to the practice focus, effective communication skills, ability to build rapport with team members and clients, and willingness to travel as needed are also necessary.
