Order Fulfillment Senior Analyst

As an Order Fulfilment Senior Analyst at Logitech, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with Supply chain and Operation leadership to design, implement, and deliver new capabilities to enhance operational excellence and efficiency across the supply chain ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include: - Building strategic partnerships with Supply chain and Operation leadership - Gathering functional, technical, and operational requirements from business stakeholders - Conducting gap analysis to identify discrepancies and proposing solutions - Configuring Kinaxis Supply planning and Order fulfilment modules - Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards in Kinaxis Rapid Response application - Troubleshooting and providing ongoing maintenance of the Rapid Response platform - Developing detailed documentation on system design and metrics tracking - Participating in the evaluation of software and technology stacks Key Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in supply chain and operations projects, with 5+ years in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations - Strong communication and influencing skills - Experience in Oracle eBS Supply chain modules - Problem-solving capabilities and focus on business outcomes - Project/Portfolio Management skills - Certification in Kinaxis Level2 Preferred Qualifications: - Business Process Reengineering skills - Experience in project management platforms like Asana and Monday - Innovative mindset and understanding of Design Thinking principles - Proactive, results-oriented, and process-driven - Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Education: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management - Certification in Project Management is a plus - Fluency in English Logitech is committed to fostering collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.
