Order Fulfillment Senior Analyst

As an Order Fulfilment Senior Analyst at Logitech, your role is crucial in collaborating with the Supply Chain and Operation leadership team to design, implement, and deliver new capabilities to enhance operational excellence and efficiency across the supply chain ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include: - Building strategic partnerships with Supply Chain and Operation leadership team - Gathering functional, technical, and operational requirements from business stakeholders - Conducting gap analysis to identify discrepancies and propose solutions - Translating business processes into system solutions - Configuring Kinaxis Supply planning and Order fulfilment modules - Designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and scripts in Kinaxis Rapid Response application - Troubleshooting and providing ongoing maintenance of the Rapid Response platform - Developing detailed documentation on system design, configuration, and integration - Participating in the evaluation of software, platforms, and technology stacks Key Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in delivering supply chain and operations projects, with 5+ years specializing in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations - Ability to interact effectively, articulate solutions, and influence business outcomes - Experience in Oracle eBS Supply chain modules and Kinaxis RapidResponse applications - Strong problem-solving capabilities - Demonstrated performance measurement and business outcome focus - Project and portfolio management skills - Contributor and Authoring Level2 Certification in Kinaxis Preferred Qualifications: - Business Process Reengineering skills - Experience in project management platforms such as Asana, Monday - Strong understanding of Design Thinking principles - Proactive, results-oriented, and process-oriented - Ability to develop strong working relationships Education: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management - Certification in Project Management would be a plus - Fluency in English Logitech values diversity, inclusivity, and collaboration.
