About the Role:

Oracle VCP Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  implementation, configuration, and support

  of Oracle VCP modules such as:

• Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)

• Demantra (Demand Management)

• Inventory Optimization (IO)

• Global Order Promising (GOP)

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Oracle VCP.
  
• Design and configure planning solutions based on industry best practices in

  forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization

  , and

  order promising

  .
• Work on the

  integration between Oracle EBS and VCP modules

  , ensuring seamless data flow and business process alignment.
• Analyze supply chain processes and recommend enhancements for

  forecast accuracy, inventory reduction

  , and

  planning cycle efficiency

  .
• Support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to and from planning systems.
  
• Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and system performance optimization.
  
• Document functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 68 years

  of experience in Oracle Supply Chain/ERP space with a strong focus on

  VCP modules

  .
• Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting:
  

• ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning)

• Demantra (Demand Management)

• Inventory Optimization (IO)

• Global Order Promising (GOP)

• Solid understanding of

  supply chain processes

  such as demand forecasting, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of

  Oracle EBS

  , especially integration touchpoints with VCP modules.
• Ability to perform

  techno-functional analysis

  , create configurations, and troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and project managers.
  
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in

  Oracle R12 or Fusion

  environments.
• Knowledge of

  PL/SQL

  ,

  SQL

  , or basic scripting for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Exposure to

  ETL tools

  data integration platforms

• Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning in supply chain systems.
