As an Oracle Unifier Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Oracle's Unifier software within the organization. Your role will involve planning, executing, and controlling projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and meeting defined scope. Strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of Oracle Unifier, and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and teams are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - **Project Planning and Execution:** Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage project execution. - **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle. - **Resource Management:** Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to support project activities. - **Risk Management:** Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. - **Oracle Unifier Expertise:** Possess a strong understanding of Oracle Unifier's functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities. - **Team Leadership:** Lead and motivate project teams, provide guidance and support, and foster a collaborative environment. - **Communication and Reporting:** Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility into project progress. - **Testing and Quality Assurance:** Define and manage testing strategies, ensure the quality of the implemented solution, and coordinate user acceptance testing. - **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve project-related issues and roadblocks to keep the project on track. - **Change Management:** Manage changes to project scope, requirements, or timelines, ensuring proper documentation and communication. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as a project manager, with a focus on Oracle-based solutions. - Certified Oracle Project Manager (preferred). - Strong understanding of Oracle Unifier and its capabilities. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. - Proven track record of successful project delivery.,
