Oracle Technical Consultant - Lead

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with 15+ years of experience, your role involves leading a team to develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows based on business requirements. You will conduct requirement gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and configure systems for optimal performance. Your responsibilities also include troubleshooting and providing Level 2 production support to ensure minimal downtime, monitoring system health, evaluating scripts, and performing maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will work with Oracle Development Tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, and OAF to support key business processes across Finance, SCM, Order Management, and Pricing modules. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows based on business needs. - Lead requirement gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and provide optimal system configurations. - Troubleshoot and provide Level 2 production support, ensuring minimal downtime. - Monitor system health, evaluate scripts, and perform maintenance tasks. - Work with Oracle Development Tools (SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, OAF). - Ensure compliance with SOX and IT general controls over the production environment. - Mentor and lead a team of technical and functional experts. Qualification Required: - 15+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle EBS (11i/R12). - Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL tuning, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher. - 10+ years of experience with Oracle Workflow Builder & Unix-based OS. - Strong knowledge of P2P, A2C, O2C cycles and Finance modules (AP, AR, GL). - Ability to multitask, troubleshoot complex issues, and work closely with business users. - 4+ years of experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is desirable.
