We are seeking an expert in Oracle Fusion Integration to lead the design and development of robust integration architectures. As the Oracle SOA Integration Specialist and Architect , you will play a pivotal role in connecting Oracle Fusion ERP with various Hospital Information Systems (HIS) , ensuring smooth data flow and supporting exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Integration Architecture & Design Lead the end-to-end design of integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , and SOA on Marketplace . Develop strategic roadmaps that align integration efforts with business and healthcare standards. Architect secure, API-driven integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and HIS platforms. Technical Leadership Serve as the technical authority across integration projects, offering guidance on best practices and architectural decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Middleware & API Management Administer and optimize Oracle SOA Suite to ensure scalability, availability, and performance. Deploy and manage APIs to support secure, efficient system interoperability. Maintain and monitor SOA on Marketplace environments for smooth operations and integration continuity. Healthcare Data Integration Design healthcare-specific integrations adhering to HL7 , FHIR , and other relevant standards. Ensure all data exchange complies with stringent healthcare data privacy and security regulations. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Continuously identify and implement improvements in integration architecture using cutting-edge Oracle technologies. Stay updated on Oracle product developments and healthcare IT trends to foster innovation. Documentation & Communication Maintain detailed documentation of integration architectures, workflows, and configurations. Effectively communicate technical concepts to both IT and non-technical stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and vendors. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle certifications in SOA Suite , OIC , and related technologies preferred. Experience 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle integrations with strong expertise in: Oracle SOA Suite Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) SOA on Marketplace API management Proven experience in healthcare integrations involving Oracle Fusion ERP and Hospital Information Systems . Familiarity with HL7 , FHIR , and healthcare data exchange protocols. Technical Skills Deep understanding of Oracle middleware and cloud integration tools. Experience with secure, scalable API architecture and cloud-native integrations. Soft Skills Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. Effective leadership and team collaboration abilities. Excellent communication skills across technical and clinical teams. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Experience Experience working within the UAE healthcare system or familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations .
