Oracle SCM Techno-functional

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of functional understanding and technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion SCM modules, with proven experience in implementation, customization, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a techno-functional expert for Oracle SCM modules including Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, iProcurement, and Manufacturing (BOM/WIP).

Work with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design system solutions.

Develop and support customizations using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports (BI Publisher), Workflow, and Interfaces/APIs.

Configure SCM modules as per business requirements and ensure system alignment with business processes.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with functional and technical teams.

Prepare functional and technical design documents, solution documents, and user guides.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end business processes.

Provide post-implementation and production support.

Must Have**

Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or Oracle Fusion SCM modules.

Sound functional knowledge in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.

Technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Reports (BI Publisher), Forms, OAF, and Interfaces.

Experience with RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

Hands-on experience in customizations, extensions, and data migration.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
