As part of the Business Application Consulting team you are responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing solutions and guiding clients through complex supply chain processes. As a Senior Associate, you are expected to analyze intricate problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain the firm's professional standards while building meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities Develop and implement manufacturing solutions within Oracle SCM Analyze complex manufacturing processes and recommend improvements Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Maintain quality and compliance in project deliverables Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing needs Utilize analytical tools to inform decision-making Build relationships with stakeholders in the manufacturing sector Adapt to evolving technologies and client requirements What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing module Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Leading at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations Acting as Oracle Cloud domain specialists Understanding and converting business requirements into system configurations Providing guidance on supply chain business processes Demonstrating industry knowledge in contract manufacturing Exposure to SCOR and APQC frameworks Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules Show more Show less
