Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle RMCS Professional for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) role. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) and a strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud Finance skillset. This role requires expertise in the implementation of related Oracle Cloud financial modules, including GL, AR, and FA, along with strong capabilities in fit-gap analysis, configuration, solution design documentation, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a key resource with over 5 years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) and Oracle Cloud Finance skillset. Lead or actively participate in the implementation of Oracle RMCS and related Oracle Cloud financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA). Conduct thorough fit-gap analysis to align business requirements with Oracle Cloud functionalities, documenting all relevant setup steps for RMCS and integrated modules. Perform comprehensive configuration for Oracle RMCS and Oracle Cloud Finance modules to meet client-specific needs. Develop and maintain detailed solution design documentation, testing results, and other related technical and functional documents for both Oracle Cloud Finance and RMCS. Possess strong knowledge of functional and design documentation principles. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and successful deployment of Oracle RMCS and related financial modules. Provide expert guidance and support during all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle RMCS and integrated financial modules. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ Years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) and Oracle Cloud Finance skillset. Relevant experience in the implementation of related Oracle Cloud financial modules such as GL, AR, and FA. Proven experience in conducting fit-gap analysis and documenting setup steps for RMCS and associated modules. Hands-on experience in performing Oracle RMCS and Finance configuration. Ability to develop and maintain solution design, testing results, and related documentation for both Oracle Cloud Finance and RMCS. Good knowledge of Functional and design documentation. Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
