Role: Oracle Recruitment Cloud Expert Location: PAN India Key Responsibilities 1. Development & Implementation Interpret application/component designs and develop accordingly Code, debug, test, document, and communicate development stages Validate results with users; integrate and commission solutions Reuse/improve/reconfigure existing components Ensure efficient, cost-effective, high-quality solutions 2. Oracle Recruiting Cloud Expertise Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Recruiting Cloud modules Translate business requirements into cloud-based solutions Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders Provide post-go-live support, training, and UAT 3. Testing & Documentation Review/create unit test cases and execution plans Define test strategies; support testing teams Create/review documentation (designs, requirements, test cases, checklists) 4. Configuration & Release Management Define and govern configuration management plans Ensure compliance with configuration and release processes 5. Customer Interface Clarify requirements and guide the development team Present design options; conduct product demos Liaise with customer architects and participate in reviews 6. Project & Team Management Manage module delivery and complex user stories Mentor team, understand aspirations, identify risks, and enable upskilling Support project managers in planning and execution 7. Knowledge & Domain Management Learn customer domain deeply Identify value-add opportunities Contribute to and review reusable assets, documentation, and knowledge bases 8. Defect & Quality Management Perform root cause analysis (RCA) Identify trends and take proactive measures to improve quality 9. Estimation & Planning Provide inputs for effort/size estimation Plan resource allocation for features/modules Measures of Success Adherence to coding standards and project timelines Number of defects (pre/post-delivery) Technical issues reported during execution Non-compliance issues Completion of compliance training Voluntary attrition rate Expected Outputs Coding: Develop code as per design Define and review coding standards Conduct peer code reviews Documentation: Create/review templates, checklists, test cases, design documentation Testing: Create/review unit tests Support and review testing plans Design: Contribute to HLD, LLD, SAD, architecture, features, business components, and data models Release: Execute and monitor the release process Skills & Capabilities Technical & Functional Oracle Recruiting Cloud (deep understanding) Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Talent) Data migration via HDL templates Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OTBI, BI Publisher Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban) IDEs, RAD tools, IDLs Software development lifecycle (SDLC) Certifications (Preferred) Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation Professional Relevant domain/technology certifications Additional Comments This role requires a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, with experience in two or more end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, excellent cross-functional collaboration, and strong technical and functional skills to optimize and support talent acquisition processes.
