Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Growth:

    Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Oracle practice, focusing on growth areas like Oracle Cloud, ERP, Finance, HCM, SCM, EPM, and Analytics.
  • Sales & Client Engagement:

    Drive business development, build proposals for transformational services, identify client needs, and manage client relationships to foster growth and trust.
  • Team & People Management:

    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of functional, technical, and techno-functional Oracle consultants, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention.
  • Service Delivery & Operations:

    Oversee the successful delivery of client projects and managed services, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise:

    Provide deep expertise in Oracle technologies, such as Oracle Cloud, EBS, and various HCM, SCM, or Finance modules.
  • Risk Management:

    Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to service delivery and project execution.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Leadership:

    Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Technical Acumen:

    Strong command of Oracle's technology landscape, including Cloud, ERP, SCM, Manufacturing, HCM, and Finance solutions. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Products (SaaS, PaaS) and technologies and other Oracle applications.
  • Business Development:

    Experience in identifying business triggers, proposing solutions, and driving sales for consulting services.
  • Communication:

    Excellent communication skills for client interactions, stakeholder management, and internal reporting.
  • Project & Portfolio Management:

    Skills in managing project plans, resources, risk, and delivery within budgets and SLAs.

The candidate should have significant experience working in a multi-shore environment (onsite, offsite, near-site) and should have an average tenure of at least four years in each company they have served. Ideally, they will have progressed through the ranks, starting from the bottom of the pyramid (i.e., Consultant Lead Manager Practice Head)
