Job Description

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • • 2-4 years experience in IT with 1+years in BI Reporting using Oracle Analytics Server and Power BI.
  • • Provide **L2 support** for **Oracle Analytics Server (OAS)** and Power BI based reports.
  • • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in **dashboards, reports, data models, and ETL workflows**.
  • • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement fixes/enhancements.
  • • Perform upgrades, and patches for OAS environments.
  • • Ensure data integrity and security compliance in BI solutions.
  • • Document support processes, solutions, and best practices.
  • • Work with cross functional teams (DBAs, ETL Developers, Business Analysts) to resolve issues.
  • • Excellent understanding of the SDLC, ITSM / ITIL processes and procedures.
  • • Experience working on SRs and CRs, upgrades and automations.
  • • Good conceptual knowledge on data-warehouse, SQL writing skills for Teradata and OAS & Power BI for reporting.
  • • Efficient in handling communication with the customer, both written and verbal. Good analytical, trouble shooting and presentation skills.
  • • Should be able to work in EST hours
  • Certification in Oracle Analytics Server and Power BI

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

L2 Support (Bug Fix, Performing Root cause Analysis, Deployment)

L3 Support (Enhancements and New Report development using OAS and Power BI)

Status Reporting

Work with infra/vendors team on platform related issues
