Oracle Netsuite Functional Consultant

You will be responsible for delivering customization services for NetSuite clients. This includes managing clients in both pre-sales and post-sale environments. Your main tasks will involve identifying, evaluating, and understanding customer requirements to assist with NetSuite set-up, configuration, and customization. It will be essential to comprehend As-Is and To-Be Processes and conduct Gap Analysis. Furthermore, you will be required to create functional and user documentations, analyze and troubleshoot complex system/user issues, and coordinate issue resolution across users, technical team, and vendors as necessary. Simple administrative tasks in NetSuite ERP, such as roles and permissions, suite-flow, etc., will also be part of your duties. Ensuring users are offered professional, courteous, and timely support and service is crucial. The preferred candidate profile for this position includes having experience as a Functional Consultant on NetSuite for more than 4 years. You should be well-versed in all modules of NetSuite ERP and possess a minimum of 2 years of full-cycle experience in ERP Implementation, preferably NetSuite, as a functional consultant. Excellent communication skills are a must-have, along with a B.Tech. / MBA qualification.,
