Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant with a strong focus on the Finance module to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle NetSuite ERP within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting. Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Configure and customize NetSuite Finance modules to align with business processes and statutory requirements. Work closely with internal finance teams to re-engineer existing processes and implement best practices using NetSuite capabilities. Liaise with NetSuite developers/partners to design, develop, and deploy customizations, integrations, and workflows using SuiteScript Drive data migration strategy for legacy systems into NetSuite and assist in data mapping and validation. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve issues identified during implementation. Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements or process improvements. Check Master data of Customer and Vendors on daily basis and take corrective action Coordinate in parallel run of Tally and Oracle NetSuite Required Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems , or a related field. 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation , primarily focusing on the Finance module . Technical proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics and Saved Searches Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from requirement gathering to go-live. NetSuite ERP Certification in Financials (preferred but not mandatory).
