Role - IT Executive (Oracle Netsuite ERP Consultant) Experience - 2 to 7 years Location - Kilpauk, Chennai Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Oracle Support Executive (L1) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for NetSuite users, providing first-level support, troubleshooting basic system issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. Strong communication skills, Excel proficiency, and a foundational understanding of ERP systems (especially Oracle NetSuite) are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support to Oracle NetSuite users, addressing service requests and resolving basic system issues. Guide users through standard functionalities , such as invoice entry and report generation. Troubleshoot and resolve login/access issues and other basic technical problems. Log and track incidents in the support ticketing system, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 support teams promptly. Maintain and update support documentation , including user guides, FAQs, and training materials. Act as the first point of contact for all NetSuite-related queries from end users. Collaborate with other departments to understand recurring issues and improve user experience. Assist in user access management and system onboarding. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, basic reporting). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of ERP systems and NetSuite standard processes. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 issues independently. Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite Foundation, Basic ERP, SCM, Accounting module) are highly preferred . 2–3 years of relevant work experience in ERP or technical support roles.
