Job Description

3+ years of experience in Oracle EBS 12.2 Discrete Manufacturing and Cost Management. Experience in Configuring or implementing min 2 end to end Oracle EBS 12.2 Discrete Manufacturing modules (WIP, BOM, Routing, Work Orders)
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and costing principles.
In-depth knowledge of Cost Management:
Item cost definition and maintenance.
Standard and actual costing methods.
Cost roll-up and variance analysis.
Proven track record of end-to-end implementations and post-go-live support.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience in variance analysis, cost roll-up, and cost control reporting.
Ability to liaise between technical teams and business users effectively.
