Job Description

Job Title:

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.8+ years of extensive, hands-on experience in the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Hyperion EPM applications.
Expert-level proficiency in at least three to four
of the following Hyperion modules, with a strong understanding across the full suite:
Hyperion Planning (including complex business rules, calculation scripts, web forms, SmartView integrations).Hyperion Financial Management (HFM, including advanced rules, consolidations, currency translations, intercompany).
Essbase (both ASO and BSO cube design, optimization, MDX, and Calc Scripts).
Financial Data Management (FDM/FDMEE) for complex data integrations.
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of developers or technical resources.
Strong architectural and design capabilities for large-scale Hyperion implementations.
Expertise in data integration methodologies and tools (e.g., FDMEE, ODI, or custom solutions) for Hyperion with source systems like Oracle EBS.In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.
