Oracle HCM Senior Technical Specialist

With 8-10 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM. Your role will involve having an advanced understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows. Your expertise will be crucial in areas such as Reporting & Extracts, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extract, Data Migration, HDL, HSDL, and Fast Formulas. Having participated in at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects as the technical lead, you will be required to develop and fine-tune estimating models and methodologies. Your role will also necessitate an advanced understanding of the Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution, enabling you to architect complex Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions and present them effectively to clients and prospects.
