About The Role

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, especially in Absence Management and Payroll.

Proficiency in fast formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL.

Good understanding of Payroll flow, retro-pay, balance adjustments, and absence accrual plans.

Ability to write and debug SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts.

Experience with integration tools like OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
