Role Overview: As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant at EY, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions for the group. Your responsibilities will include understanding internal stakeholders" business requirements, configuring the Oracle HCM system, ensuring successful implementation and integration of the solution, and managing Absence and OTL modules in projects to deliver quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the team in implementing and configuring Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules. - Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design optimized solutions. - Provide expert-level guidance on implementing complex OTL/Absence configurations and integrations. - Conduct end-user training and support during implementation and post-implementation phases. - Resolve issues related to OTL/Absence configurations. - Demonstrate proficiency in managing and executing absence administration processes. - Set up absence plans and configure fast formulas for Oracle Fusion Absence Management. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of overall experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant. - Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. - Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules. - Ability to analyze business requirements and design optimized solutions. - Proficiency in providing end-user training and support. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve configuration issues effectively.
