Oracle HCM-Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR-Senior

Role Overview: As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant at EY, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions for the group. Your role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements, configure the Oracle HCM system accordingly, and ensure successful implementation and integration of the solution. With 6+ years of overall experience and at least 4 years of relevant experience in Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support Oracle HCM solutions, including Core HR, JML, and Recruitment, with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience. - Lead at least 2 full life-cycle Core HR + Oracle Recruiting cloud (ORC) implementation projects for Global Customer with a presence across the globe. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Perform end-to-end configurations and prepare configuration guides. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and design solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM framework. - Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely Data Migration completion, validate, and test Data Migration objects. - Develop comprehensive testing strategies and oversee their execution. - Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills. - Possess Oracle Cloud certifications (Good to have). Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 6+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Fusion HCM Functional Consultant. - Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions, including Core HR, JML, and Recruitment. - Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM framework. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
