Role Overview: You will be a part of the Oracle practice at KPMG in India, responsible for designing, building, and configuring Oracle Cloud applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your role will involve building/configuring HCM Extracts for integration to external applications, preparing project deliverables, and following documentation and software development methodology. Additionally, you will need to have Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts and Oracle BI Publisher knowledge, handle teams/projects independently, and be open to travel. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and configure Oracle Cloud application to meet business process and application requirements - Building/configuring HCM Extracts to get data from the Oracle Cloud HCM objects for integration to external applications - Preparation of project deliverables requirements, design specifications, config guides; Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control - Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts, Oracle BI Publisher Knowledge - Oracle Application Development Knowledge, Oracle Cloud Implementation - Handle Teams/Project on your own - Successfully completed at least 1 certification (Oracle Cloud HCM) - Ability to work as an effective team player - Punctual and consistent in internal and external communication - Open to travel Qualifications: - MBA, BE/BTech, or equivalent degree from a reputed college (Note: Equal Employment Opportunity Information was omitted as it was not relevant to the job description),
