Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Functional Payroll Lead Consultant with 7+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in Core HCM, Payroll and Benefits modules, coupled with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in handling the Implementation Managed Services for the clients and deliver work effectively in client-facing scenariosKey Responsibilities7 to 10 years of hands-on Techno-Functional experience on Oracle Cloud HCM modules primarily on the Below Modules.The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in Core HR, Benefits & PayrollAbility to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects.At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules.Should have a good understanding on Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security.Experience in handling data conversions( HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added advantageGood communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skills.
