As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, your primary responsibility is to leverage your expertise in implementing and enhancing Oracle HCM solutions for our organization. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will analyze their business needs, configure the Oracle HCM system to align with those requirements, and ensure the successful implementation and integration of the solution. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 6 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years of specific experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant. Your key skills should include: - Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions such as Core HR, JML, and Recruitment. - Proven track record of leading at least 2 full life-cycle Core HR and Oracle Recruiting cloud (ORC) implementations for global customers. - Ability to design, build, and configure applications to meet business processes and requirements. - Proficiency in end-to-end configurations and preparation of configuration guides. - Collaborative approach in gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and designing solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM framework. - Coordination with technical teams to ensure timely completion and validation of Data Migration objects. - Development of comprehensive testing strategies and oversight of their execution. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
