Job Description

1. Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules

including Core HR, ORC, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, and Talent Management.

2. Design and develop Redwood-enabled pages, workflows, and user interfaces using

Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Groovy scripting.

3. Build and maintain integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs,

and OIC.

4. Develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and custom RTF templates for

outbound and analytical reporting.

5. Manage data migration from legacy systems using HDL/HSDL and ensure data

integrity.

6. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable

technical solutions.

7. Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance.

8. Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases and proactively assess impact on

existing configurations.

9. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution architecture and design

reviews.
