Role & responsibilities

• Collaborates with clients to:
• prioritize business needs
• define current vs. future state processes
• monitor and measure outcomes
• Proactively consult and assist clients on ways to improve business processes through technology enabled solutions, responding quickly and effectively to urgent situations, and extracting value from transactions.
• Provide technical and functional guidance and support for the following HR processes: Core HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Interfaces and Reports.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Knowledge Base documentation and FAQs as needed.
• Partner with business leadership and Support Team Lead to prioritize support and adapt as needed to

ensure success.

• Work with diverse internal customers globally across different time zones to identify ways to enhance, streamline, and improve system adoption to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate complex technical concepts

with HR practitioners and leadership.

• A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common

sense.

• Advanced Excel skills, and high proficiency in the other MS Office applications.

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Ability to collaborate across internal and partner teams to get to quick resolutions.

• Operationally focused with ability to think strategically and deliver tactically.

• Naturally passionate about the use of technology to deliver impact to the business as appropriate

• Ability to work additional hours as needed
