Description
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions for the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their business requirements, configuring the Oracle HCM system to align with these requirements, and ensuring a successful implementation and integration of the solution. With 6+ years of overall experience and at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct end-to-end configurations, prepare configuration guides, and work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM framework. Key skills for this role include a minimum of 2 full life-cycle Core HR + Oracle Recruiting cloud (ORC) implementation experiences for Global Customers with a presence across the globe. You should have the ability to develop comprehensive testing strategies, oversee their execution, and possess good communication and presentation skills.
