Title: Oracle HCM Consultant Location: Noida Job Summary: As an Oracle HCM Consultant, the resource will be required to start at 7 AM to primarily support APAC regions. The role will encompass a Techno-Functional aspect with a focus of 70% on Functional tasks and 30% on Technical responsibilities. Effective communication skills are a key requirement for this role. Prior experience in HCM Cloud is essential, specifically in Core HR, Compensation, Performance Management, and Recruitment.
