Role & responsibilities

7 plus years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Experience in HCM Cloud Support projects is preferable. • Strong knowledge in Oracle HCM OTL and Absence is required. • Additional exposure to Core HR module is highly preferred. • Excellent Functional knowledge in Cloud HCM (OTL, Absence & Core HR). • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills • Experience in managing client relationships. • 4-year bachelors degree in a business-oriented, technical discipline or related experience preferred. • Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, ABM, OTL and/or other HCM Cloud modules ideal. • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Tools such as HCM Extracts and HDL (highly preferred) • Cross functional knowledge in other Oracle HCM modules (ORC, Time & Labor, Payroll); highly preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills • Public Sector (K12 Educational Sector, Federal/State/Local) experience highly preferred. Private Sector experienced considered.
