Position: Application DeveloperExperience: Minimum 7.5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud PayrollLocation: Bengaluru,Noida,Pune,Mumbai,Hyderabad

Education: 15 years of full-time education is required
Role Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business processes and requirements. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), manage team collaboration, and lead technical decisions while ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.Key Responsibilities:Team Collaboration & Leadership:Act as an SME, collaborating with and guiding the team to deliver on objectives.Take ownership of team decisions and provide solutions to complex problems across multiple teams.Application Development:Design, develop, and implement application modules based on business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and gather user requirements.Quality Assurance:Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure functionality and performance.Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.Documentation:Create technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and configuration.Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functionalities and modules.Experience in designing and developing custom reports and interfaces for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll integration with other systems.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Benefits modules.Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula development.Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security and role-based access control.Additional Details:Preferred Locations: Bangalore, Noida, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad.Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.Work Mode: Chennai-based, Work from Office only.
