Role Summary

This Position is open for Pan India. The Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex green field implementations, transformations, and migrations. This role is critical for turning around troubled projects requiring the ability to assess the current state, define recovery solutions, and execute recovery plans with minimal impact on cost, schedule, and scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recovery of troubled or high-risk Oracle HCM Cloud delivery programs.
• Assess current project health and define actionable turnaround and stabilization plans.
• Drive delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies.
• Re-baseline delivery commitments, mitigate risks, and realign client expectations.
• Track and improve delivery metrics (SPI, CPI, COPQ, forecast accuracy, etc.).
• Manage stakeholder communications, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with InfoSec, audit, and quality gates.
• Mentor delivery teams and develop recovery playbooks and frameworks.

Must Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR

  delivery & recovery projects.
• 1315 years managing large-scale ERP or platform programs.
• This Position is open for Pan India.
• Deep understanding of Agile, SI delivery, and governance models.
• Strong stakeholder and risk management expertise.
