As a Business Analyst at EY, you will play a crucial role in evaluating business models, processes, and operations to understand business needs and requirements. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and providing insights on system and technical components for the technical design. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and assess whether implemented solutions meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Review materials and support meetings with business stakeholders to understand and gather business/functional requirements - Collaborate with the team to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Produce technical specifications for system architectural design and conduct quality assurance tasks - Monitor emerging technologies for potential risks/opportunities and provide recommendations based on business requirements - Contribute to the design and review of test cases and coordinate with infrastructure and operations teams to resolve system issues - Provide insights on the implementation of solutions meeting business requirements - Contribute to business case development and complete RFP responses Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in gathering and interpreting business requirements - Experience in developing technical requirements and specifications, including software engineering methodologies, reporting tools, modeling, and testing - Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Modeling and Notation - Knowledge of application building using Python is an added advantage In addition to the technical skills and knowledge required for this role, you should preferably have a CA/MBA/B.E/B.Tech with 1 to 3 years of implementation and advisory experience on Oracle Cloud ERP/EBS security and controls. You should also have the ability to drive risk and control programs for Oracle EBS/ERP Cloud, focusing on areas such as segregation of duty concerns, system role-design, risk control matrices, and regulatory frameworks like COSO, COBIT, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA.
