Your key responsibilities will include: - Having 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on Supply Planning. - Implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Supply Planning/Demand Management to meet specific business requirements. - Leading business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design, ensuring alignment with client objectives. - Designing and implementing end-to-end Supply Planning/Demand Management processes with seamless integrations. - Planning and executing testing strategies including unit, integration, and UAT to ensure functional and performance compliance. - Providing end-user training, creating documentation, and delivering post-go-live support. - Supporting ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of complex supply planning issues. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, IT, Business Users) to deliver scalable solutions. - Applying best practices and recommending improvements in Unconstrained Supply Planning. - Staying updated with Oracle SCP best practices, patches, and industry trends for continuous improvement. - Utilizing strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in your daily tasks.
