As a Supply Chain Management Expert at Frontend Arts, you will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative technology solutions to drive digital transformation for our clients. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Supply Planning/Demand Management to align with the specific business requirements. Your role will involve leading business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design to ensure that the functionalities meet the client's objectives. Additionally, you will design and implement end-to-end Supply Planning/Demand Management processes with seamless integrations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Supply Planning/Demand Management - Lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design - Design and implement end-to-end Supply Planning/Demand Management processes - Plan and execute testing strategies (unit, integration, UAT) - Provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver post-go-live support - Support ongoing system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions - Apply best practices and recommend improvements in Unconstrained Supply Planning - Stay updated with Oracle SCP best practices, patches, and industry trends **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred - 8+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand management, and Oracle Fusion - Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Frontend Arts is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment where employees can thrive and make a meaningful impact.
