Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and fitgap analysis across Procure-to-Pay and Inventory operations.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion SCM (Inventory, Procurement, Approvals, Supplier Portal) to meet business needs and controls.
  • Create BRDs/FRDs, configuration workbooks, test plans, and user training materials; maintain solution documentation.
  • Plan and execute SIT/UAT; manage defects, sign-offs, and cutover readiness for releases and enhancements.
  • Triage production issues functionally; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate fixes with technical teams as needed.
  • Partner with Data/MDM teams on master data standards, item/vendor governance, and data validation for changes.
  • Define reporting and analytics needs; specify OTBI/BI Publisher requirements and validate output with business users.
  • Coordinate with Integration/IT teams on interfaces to adjacent systems (no development ownership).
  • Drive change management and end-user enablement: training sessions, SOPs/job aids, and hypercare support.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, SoD/security role design, and change control; maintain auditable documentation.
  • Manage enhancements backlog with priorities and SLAs; communicate status, risks, and release plans.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, with depth in Inventory and Procurement.
  • Hands-on configuration of Requisitions, POs, Receipts, Approvals, and Supplier registration/onboarding.
  • Proven ability to document processes and translate requirements into scalable Fusion configurations.
  • Experience leading SIT/UAT, designing scenarios/data, defect triage, cutovers, and hypercare.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with business, IT, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis/validation; familiarity with service/ticket management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and basic SQL to support reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) concepts and common Fusion SCM integration patterns.
  • Background in healthcare, multi-site operations, or regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL incident/change practices and/or Lean Six Sigma methods.
