Role: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with extensive knowledge in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all tracks of Oracle Fusion SCM and will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain management.
• Design and implement Oracle Fusion SCM solutions that align with client objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices in Oracle Fusion SCM across all tracks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure functionality meets business needs.
• Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in Oracle Fusion SCM and supply chain management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• In depth knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, order management, and logistics.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Certifications in Oracle Fusion SCM or related fields.
• Experience in conducting user training and change management.
