The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Fusion SCM modules with strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes. This is an onsite role requiring immediate availability. Key Responsibilities Lead and support functional implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including: Inventory Management Procurement Procurement Contracts Sourcing Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional solutions. Configure modules, conduct functional testing, and support UAT. Support data migration activities using FBDI/ADFDI templates. Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations and resolve issues. Provide ongoing production support, defect analysis, and troubleshooting. Prepare functional documentation (BR100, MD050, TE40), training materials, and deliver user training. Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with supply chain processes. Must-Have Skills & Experience 5+ years overall experience in Oracle SCM Applications. Hands-on expertise in Fusion SCM (Inventory, Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing). At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion or EBS implementations. Strong understanding of P2P and O2C cycles. Familiarity with integration processes, issue resolution, and Oracle SRs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Oracle Fusion SCM certifications (Procurement, Inventory, or Contracts). Experience with OTBI/BIP reporting. Exposure to Cloud Financials integration (AP/Expenses). Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
