Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Senior Consultant/Lead

The ideal candidate for this role will have 5 to 8+ years of overall experience with HCM Applications, including recent 2+ years on Oracle Cloud Fusion. You should have at least 1 to 2 end-to-end implementation engagements on Fusion HCM and possess strong expertise in relevant tools and technologies such as HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Reports, Integration, and Fast Formulas. It is essential to have a sound understanding and exposure in designing strategies for Data Migration/Conversion, Integration Architecture, and Proof of Concepts. A good understanding of HCM Business Processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and flexibility to adapt to project situations are key requirements. Exposure to customers will be preferred, and the willingness to travel (50-75%) is necessary for this role.
